As a first time home buyer who was also buying an investment property, I had a meagar foundation in real estate but an intense desire to learn absolutely everything about the process. My goal is to own dozens of properties across the world and rent them, or flip them, so I wanted to know the in’s and out’s of every step along the way. I started my hunt for a property with an old acquaintance from high school, and quickly found that we didn’t have the right communication styles and work ethic to get the job done.
